So any games of football of any interest gets shown either on a prime sports channel or a small channel. I always check the channels well beforehand. Sometimes I am lucky they show Holland games....so far so good, but we do get ere divisie, SPL,Italian and Spanish football live and of course EPL. Jan come and live here lah !!!! We completely dominated and I was already forgetting about that terrible game in the EC. Too bad Gio had to ruin it and throw them a lifeline with that penalty. At least that game showed that the EC game was truly a one-off; perhaps the Boulah tradgedy really was the problem, as Goose believes. Either way it was nice to watch the team dominate. Things of interest: - Van Bommel played very well - Van Persie's goal was a sweet one, too bad he was wasted out on the wing most of the game - Robben was way too selfish. He doesn't get away with that at Madrid, not sure why he's doing it again with Oranje. - We're still not supplying our central striker with enough of the balls he needs It was a great game, Oranje played really well. Mark is a smart ass, he is now saying that he can't be the captain "for now" because he was away so long. I think Gio won't make the WC2010 and Mark will replace him as skipper. I wasn't disappointed by his play at all. And I bet he's as happy as a pig in slop to be back on the NT.
