Have you seen the new ads for ESPN and the World Cup? Now thats some decent American football advertising. It’s beautiful stuff actually and I bet its because ESPN writers had nothing to do with it.

And all it took was a little influence from those boys from Dublin. On another note the ONE campaign mentioned in the second ad is something very dear to Bono’s heart. If we really mean what we say when we talk about how football changes the world we might at least spare a thought for those less fortunate. I’m not a great one to talk but I’ve got a blog and readers while others don’t so I might as well say something…just my $0.02.
