Danny Blind – former Ajax captain and Ajax coach – has been offered two jobs by Chelsea owner Abramovitsj: coach of Young Russia or Head of Youth Development of Chelsea. Blind turned down both offers.

Patrick Kluivert is in negotiations with PSV Eindhoven, although within the club and among the supporters some fractions are fiecely against the transfer of the former Ajax, Oranje and Barcelona star.

Manchester United wants to extend a new contract to Edwin van der Sar. Ferguson wants the Oranje captain for another season, Edwin wants to sign on for two seasons at least.

Feyenoord says there’s a 60% chance they will be able to present a new striker to the Legion, as a replacement for Kuyt.

Rafael van der Vaart’s injury seems more serious than previously thought. The HSV captain is out for two months at least!

China wants Co Adriaanse to be the new coach for their national team. The former Ajax, AZ and Porto coach is considering the offer, but first wants to settle his finances with the club he won the double (Portuguese championship and national cup) for.
