The word "decent" is exactly right. But which fan, or club chairman, will say: let's get a new coach. Let's go for someone decent this time... Advocaat equals mediocrity, in my view. Where as with Cruyff, Van Hanegem, Van Gaal, Adriaanse, Rijkaard you'll get some idealism as well...
