What?? Did Sar suddenly leave Man United to play for Goldman Sachs FC? Who are they??? Well, they are an investment banker. Global company, advise customers on investments, etc etc. An A-brand in the world of money and economics. They actually published a WC2006 book, called The World Cup and Economics 2006. They look at all participating countries, with a economic hat on and with a football cap on . The most interesting thing is: the Netherlands section (page 36) is not written by a boring banker or economics journo, but by Dutch captain Edwin van der Sar himself!
