Van Basten said he had pleasant talks with Van Geel. To me, that can be seen as a first sign of trust. I think Van Geel (who did extremely well at Willem 2 and AZ before and has an Ajax background as player) gets the chance to give it a go. JC was also positive on Van Geel.
