This disappoints me for sjits sake! Twente out! I wanted another Dutch team to achieve something with wingers and adventurous play. I hate Olympique M!!

This is too bad and makes me more worried about Dutch football. AZ, Feyenoord, PSV, Twente, NEC…nice but no cigars. Not even a match!

NEC are out for shure
Ajax should be praying that Fiorentina won’t score 2 or 3 goals.
Twente have the most chance of going through, their defence is impressive, with Brama on midfield, solid back four Stam-Douglas-Rajkovic-Braafheid and experienced keeper Boshker, they really developed well. I only hope they won’t be giving it away.

@vBasten ; i remember watching the game until the 1st half cause i thought it was over…i switched to the game in the 2nd half and didnt believe my eyes… what a great final it turned out to be
BUT its no comparison(?) with NEC – HSV cause HSW has so much more qualities than NEC…that wasnt the case in the final of the Champ. Leg. that year

off topic ; yesterday vanStee, the De Graafschap manager was fired..hes the 7th this season and its an all time record for februari…looks like managers are either given less than a year or stay at the club for 10 years plus..

@marc; this line-up looks for too light for me….vBasten knows that any decent team starts with a solid defense…you need to build from that

i reckon only Twente will go to the next round, too bad Ellia is suspended
