He often strayed deeper and had lots of space to move around in. Commentators were saying that Newcastle gave him far too much room and space and he dictated a lot of play with Fab & Nasri. Could have scored 4-5 instead of 2 but missed from VERY close too. Off topic -

I would be happier if JC was in that role and delegated responsibilities. He did that very successfully at Barca. I don't think MVB can delegate anything, including mowing his own lawn.
