Van Basten kicks players out

Denny Landzaat, Kew Jaliens and Tim DeCler have been kicked out of the group by team manager Van Basten and do not travel to Slovenia.

Landzaat and Jaliens are punished for their poor play against Rumania; DeCler can go home despite the fact he didn’t play and was in the stands against Rumania.

Analysts think the AZ leftback misbehaved in the eyes of Van Basten.

Anyway, Edwin van der Sar will join the group, so we’ll have three goalies in Slovenia. That will really do the trick….
