Transfers Pt 4 (I think…)
Khalid Boulahrouz is for 99% signed by Bayern. The Munich club made the deal with Chelsea, but are still finalizing the details with the former HSV Cannibal… Bayern also wanted to move in on Arjen Robben, but the former PSV-winger repeatedly said not to be interested to play in the Bundesliga.
Roy Makaay may want to leave Bayern. He is not unwilling to pursue his career in The Netherlands (Makaay left Holland at a young age to play for Tenerife, before moving to Deportivo De La Coruna)… PSV Eindhoven are eagerly awaiting his services, although Feyenoord also joined the party and are vying for his signature.
Michael Reiziger hopes to further his career in the Middle East. Probably made eager by former team mate Ronald de Boer, Reiziger may sign a contract in Qatar.
Kenneth Perez, Ajax forward and Danish international, will leave the club from Amsterdam. In a personal talk with Henk ten Cate, Perez was told that he will not be one of the starters for next season. Perez does not want to settle for a role on the bench, but he does like to stay in Holland. The 31-year old is already contacted by both PSV and Feyenoord.

dissapointed to see perez leave ajax, thought he was a good and useful player. it would definitely suck if we end up seeing leonardo in the starting line up next year after letting perez go.

Yep, I think Perez is a “klasbak” as we say in Dutch. Full of class. I just read that 30 year old Mario Melchiot is courted by a host of clubs, Olympique Lyon, Olymp Marseille, Rennes and several EPL clubs…

Just read the news: Perez wants to move to Feyenoord. He awaits who will be the new coach, before he actually makes the move.

i wouldn’t mind seeing robben at real, it might help him to stay injury-free if he left the premiership, but with reyes and robino already only getting limited playing time, i’m not sure that a winger like robben would fit in capello’s strategy.

Arjen Robben is only 23 years old… Jeez…I thought he was pushing 27 already. The man has a lot of good years in him still (if the Gods of FLying Tackles leave him be…)

its because hes already getting bald!! well you cant have it all…would be very surprised if he would leave Chelsea, still think he has something to prove after last season wich didnt go very great at all….

Of course… He looks older than 23 years old. But can you imagine the quality he could get to (like Persie and Vaart) when these boys mature a bit. They get to chose their moments, get smarter, be more influential to the rest of the team… I think v Persie has the personality to get to that level JC was when he was just 19… Leading the team, telling the rest what to do and where… I can see that…
Where the hell is Robin with his recovery????

heared hes doing allright…not sure if when vanPersie leads the way the rest will follow..still think the position of Cruijff was something very special…we dutch just dont follow somebody quickly…actually think vdVaart would do a better job on that one…i do think that vanPersie is the most talented one we have walking around in attack…but i think vdVaart is much more mature and therefor a better leader…
just not sure if the rest would follow
