The Silly Season Swarm

Well with the Dutch now finding themselves with a LOT of free time on their hands they are able to concern themselves with their day to day footballing lives. Ironically the most infamous transfer story, my man Ruud van Nistelrooy, is keeping a low profile for the time being.

England seems to be a popular destination of choice with Denny Landzaat being strongly linked with a move to Wigan. He was also linked with Espanyol a while back.

Klaas Jan Huntelaar could be set to pull on his third new shirt in a year if reports are true that Fiorentina have successfully agreed a fee with Ajax

Dirk Kuyt will be moving away from Feyenoord this summer. The only thing is even he doesn’t seem to know where. Again, England is his choice destination but the club in quesiton remains a mystery.

Don’t forget that the newly elected president of Real Madrid has said to have talked to Robben about signing him, although this was “officially” denied by Chelsea and Arjen’s official Website.

And some other clown in that election promised The Cannibal, Boulahrouz… El Cannibalo will become his moniker no doubt. After El Salvador, El Torro and Snowflake quite a departure….

Huntelaar to Fiorentina ?? hmm.

Arent they going to be relegated next season to the second division ???

But in case they wouldnt be.. i think this transfer would be very fruitful for him – if he can take the physical and mental tasks that come along with it of course.
