lol Rami on your U21.. Drenthe??

@Mario: actually never liked r. Witsche a bit..sure, nice skills, great technic BUT shitty mentality, arrogant, typical guy from Amsterdam, no real mentality to do abso. everything to win..actually like his brother Robbie better (played long time for Feyenoord), think R. Witsche was a whimp and thats way he never made it to the top, Oranje...

dont think Robben went too soon, he just went to the wrong club (and he cant be blamed for that) but agree with rami on deRidder and John..they would have been wiser to stay in Holland for while longer and grow some more..still not sure on this deRidder guy btw!

Well, perhaps Rami, but I think Robben is not in that list!
Robben is an extremely talented player that plays for Chelsea where they have many top players. Chelsea has players to field two outstanding teams and Robben starts many games even though he has competition from Joe Cole, Ballack, W Philips and many more excellent players. Besides Robben is very young and when he played Euro 2004 he was excellent and during World Cup he did ok. He will grow a as a player, I do not agree to rule de Ridder and John!!!. They are very young too and nothing can be said at this time, you can make a balance of their careers once they finish, other than that seems pretty mean to me. It´s like saying: this boy (any type of work) will be a failure. Why?? Some people get better and make an effort to improve day by day and by saying categorically that they will fail it´s no sense to me.
Only time will tell, sometimes we think somebody is the best in what he does and finishes being nothing a some people who we think are just not good enought finish up being among the best.

I gotta say something...Richard Witschge was an extremely talented player, he will be remembered in Holland as a great talent but we all agree he could be even greater. He made some things on the pitch that are not typical to see oftenly. He was a class act for sure, great and awesome technique but I wonder why he really never could be one of Holland´s greatest players because he only played the European Championship of 1996, I remember he played well in that tournament benching Davids and then Davids got mad and was kicked out of the camp. But man, Richard was a impressive, I think Robin van Persie, van der Vaart and Robben have that great left foot but Richard is an example that you may have the talent and the skills but there are certain things as mentalily that will determine if you are gona be succesful or not. Let´s hope the 3 young players that I mentioned can reach a level of legends in some time, they are truly talented and if they become legends perhaps is because of their contribution to Oranje, hopefully winning at least one tournament.

I was really surprised to see the name Rob Reinink appear because that is my dad's name (and not that common a name, so that's why it is surprising)! I looked a bit on google but couldn't find anything. Any more info would be much appreciated, just for interest sake.
