Ruud gone!

The last match of the season against Charlton for United has served up a huge shock. With Rooney out Ruud is not starting. He has supposedly left the grounds completely.

Has the club made any announcement other than to say he left the grounds? This is weird.

Ya, its really wierd. All the club has said was that he’s gone. This isn’t something that was planned I imagine. Rossi is good but no Ruud and before the game United needed a good win to ensure a Champion’s League spot.

I think this has been the last straw. I imagine Ruud got some bad news…

Odd. Although seeing that the match is already 4-0 in favor of United, I guess Ruud wasn’t needed today.

On today’s performance I’m not sure. They beat the crap out of Charlton without Ruud AND Rooney. Scholes and Solksjaer also came back. I think Ruud will be moving on…but where should he be off to? I’ve suggested Tottenham and he’s been linked with PSV

If van nistelrooy played, they probably would have won 8-0 or something decent. Leaving out van nistelrooy always decreases the amount of goals scored in a game. He is a fantastic player and Sir Alex Ferguson just lost one of the best players in the team. almost every single game where he was on the bench, and then let into the game after the first half, he was fatal and scored the winning goal. And i hope ruud goed back to PSV and plays United in the champions league final to prove what ferguson what he has done, ( no offence to united, im a great fan of them ) and im sure ruud has this on his mind! Nederland gaat dit jaar winnen!!

Those of you that follow Man Yoo closer than I may be able to comment on this, but here’s what I heard …

Shortly before Roy Keane’s departure from MUFC, he gave one of his ‘young players care more for Rolexes and prawn sandwiches than for winning’ speeches. While it had worked in the past, on the final occasion, the united gaffer sought to back his young players by axing Keano.

Thing is, before it became apparent that that was the way the chips would fall, our very own RvN had made clear that he sided with RK. Not the sort of thing to endear him Alex Ferguson.

Very interesting point Rik; I really can’t see him staying on past the summer.
