And that did indeed put a smile on my face :-) I especially remember when we beat England as I was one of only two Norwegians in a major sports bars in New York watching with 400 English. They all gave me shit before the game, but at the end it was as quiet as a church. In fact, several of them gave me handshakes and wished us luck and said we were the better team. Doesn't happen often with the English. Unfortunately, that was a long time ago and these days we cant even beat Iceland at home so thank goodness I have Oranje to look forward to and cheer for in WC2010 @Andrew; Yes those were indeed the days. This should not be the case ! I think the rule should be simple - You join we are now in 8th position we improve you get bonus, we drop you can get fired with 2 months notice or in lieu.
