HAHAHAHAAAAHAHAAA
….. Jason….

Yeah, it’s cool to see them. I’m actually hoping to have a pow wow there with press officials of the KNVB….

Rumors of Boulah moving to Ajax this winter…

@ Mike – before WC-94 Oranje played Canada in a friendly at the old Varsity Stadium in Toronto (what a shit hole that was), Oranje won something like 5 – 0 if I remember correct. Until USA host another WC I see no reason Oranje will step foot in this country! But BMO Field is getting rid of the field turf and putting in real grass.

Jason that sounds like a normal weekend for me of course minus the White Caps –

De Jong injured indeed. I’d love to see Schaars play again. He may have played a weak game against England, but he has the goods…

It didn’t happen!
Many Oranje fans were at North Sydney oval at 6:30pm but it was all closed and locked!
At 6:45pm someone made some phone calls, to find the training session was moved to Homebush!! That is 45 minutes to drive.
Many fans went home sad from North Sydney ![]()
Why was there no publicity about the change?? We wasted our night for nothing.

The Netherlands team did not show up at the North Sydney Oval. The organisation decided that the grounds were not adequate to hold a training session and held the training at another training site. But why should they tell the fans? They all made a trip to the North Sydney Oval to watch grass growing on an empty field!!

Hi all, I do understand your disappointment but it has been announced and I have posted this change of venue here on the blog!
Goes to show, what most already know, visit this blog often to keep yourself totally updated with the goods… The original venue was washed away in the storm the other day (well, not really, but not fit to train on) and was changed.
I’m sorry if it wasn’t communicated properly via other media. I can only take responsibility for this blog and I did post it.

Jan I do not have internet access at work.
I went from work to the North Sydney Oval.
A little sign on the gates would have been nice, to say “Training is moved to Homebush.”
The oval is less than 10 minute drive from KNVB hotel. It would have been easy, and it would help the fans.

@Red: Since when did KNVB and Henk Kesler care about the fans?
They don’t give a shit.

@Red: In which hotel is the team staying?

@Jan: I can’t find the announcement of the change in venue.
