Looking at the current odds for the Dutch. The team is the 8th most favored team with 15-1 odds to win the World Cup. Van Nistelrooy is 17-1 to lead the tournament in scoring, while Makaay is 34-1. Take my advice, don’t put any money on Makaay.

I think its interesting that van Nistelrooy and the Dutch are so far down both lists. I would think the Netherlands are a bigger threat than France or possibly Spain.
