News on Sneijder and Vaart…

Wesley Sneijder has informed the media that he won’t move to Inter Milan.
“I’m not sure what the status is and I really don’t care. I don’t want to move to Milan. I’ve read that the clubs have made deal or something, but my decision is firm and I won’t change it in the next weeks. I want to stay in Madrid. I will fight for my spot. I think I’m good enough for this team and I think I can add value. That’s it. End of discussion….”.
Rafael van der Vaart received support from left field. Some reputable International Law specialist in Holland declared that Raf should be able to leave Real Madrid transfer-free. “The law is clear on this. There is a contract between two parties, but one – Madrid – doesn’t want to honor it. They basically said Van der Vaart has no value for them anymore. Fine. But then he should – by law – be permitted to leave without anyone having to pay for him. If he wants me to pursue this, I will help him. This is outrageous, really. The big money clubs kill careers like this and it’s not on, as far as I’m concerned.”

I heard it too, I think he can be the best solution. He’s tall, strong, marks well, but faster than Ooijer, and I’ve heard Maduro isn’t yet as routined as you would like a CB to be. Plus, I still have a lesser feeling about Loovens, some critics said he’s good in air and with marking, but he could have the same problem as Ooijer but in a lesser form due to him being about 8 years younger.
Still If you are very critical of our defenders. I’d say Braafheid has to improve on build-up, and in tactics, but I feel V.Gaal could help him there in this season.
And Heitinga really was at fault, looking back at the goals(i recorded it).
I still feel he actually can become better as CB.
The only defender at the moment that I would have no doubts about lining-up is Bouma, always concentrated, not flashy but good build-up and does his work. Too bad he is injured.

good news,
seems like the players who one the under 21’s are finally starting to make a impression

won*

this maybe the last wc for sneijder, van der vaart, robben, van persie, mathijsen, and definitely the last wc for kuijt, van bommel, gio, and ooijer. so this is our last chance to actually win a trophy with this group. next summer i hope we give 100%, we must fight like orange lion.

What about slotting Maduro in at centre back???

Guys:
About Sneijder, I find it stupid from him his statements and thoughts. In Internazionale he is wanted by the coach whereas in Madrid he doesn´t have the support of Florentino neither Valdano and Pelligrini doesn´t make the decisions there. It is not something the coach can influence easily because in Madrid the decision makers are the management and of course Perez.
Yesterday game…well, it was a friendly game and I agree that in an important game van Marwijk would not have subbed Robben or van Persie but he also needs to see the form of other players taking advantage that it is only a friendly match. According to this line I think he needs to try new things at the bottom because our defense looks pretty slow. Heitinga is not a right back and it showed yesterday. He is a center back and he plays much better there. The only one who has shown a very consistent and good form is Mathijsen.
That´s why I think players like van der Wiel, Vlaar, Maduro, Braafheid, Drenthe, Boulahrouz and others must recieve more playing time because neither Ooijer nor Gio have the level for Oranje anymore. And Heitinga has been a disgrace every time he plays as RB.

Maduro-Vlaar pairing up maybe, lol it could even work.

I just read in the L’Equipe the french newspaper that Sneijder may go to Chelsea (Deco would then go to Inter). Also that Drenthe may go to Milan (offer of 12M Euros). I think it would be good for both.

@Mario: The problem is that Inter cannot pay the money that Madrid demands and Aston Villa can pay that so Madrid want to sell him to Aston Villa. Therefore Sneijder wants to stay there.

not sure if chelsea would be a good destination for sneijder, they already have lampard who will always play when healthy and ballack, so the amount of available playing time for sneijder may not be as much as he would like.

Would he fit at Bayern Munich?

Van de Vaart for free transfer , Barcelona should take him and by the first clasic barca – real madrid Van de Vaart scoort the winning goal against real it will be a good blow to that perez (president money wolf of real madrid) and for Van de Vaart wife Barcalona is a better place like barcelona has treated all the past Dutch soccer players families.
PS Van de Vaart is Cruifs student and Cruif has still hand in whats happen in Barcelona. so go to Barcelona Van de Vaart talk with Cruif.

Good point Herbert!

unfortunately i didn’t see the game, only the goals. heitinga was strange before the second. it seemed that he completely had lost the plot. he’s better as a central defender. what’s going on with boulah? i miss him.
sneijder is still stupid,he doesn’t understand that madrid didn’t spend 65m (kaka) and 35m (xabi alonso) for the bench. they always will be in the starting eleven and wesley may struggle as hard as he can he will have not too many chance and not because he’s worse or better than his rivals. he should go to inter.
it would be nice to see vdv in a great club as well but barca is not a good option for him. he would’t have too much playtime – honestly i cannot imagine xavi or iniesta sitting on the bench. and apperently barca would like to sign cesc. it means that vdv should go to milan or to england.
ooijer is no more oranje material,he should be replaced as soon as possible.

susanne–
VDV has said he’ll never play at Bayern because they’re Hamburg’s rivals. Sneijder, who knows?

come on sneijder, face the fact! if he can play 1/3 of the games in Madrid as a sub is already really good for him. if sneijder continues to stay here, he will just lost his form and even his place in the country team.
in defence, Hetinga and Mathisen are just not good enough, they can’t be in the start line. We should try Loovens , Maduro, Vlaar and even Martins in West Brown. And hope Boula will be fit always, he can be RB or CB first choice. of cource van der wiel and Drethne should be our first choices of RB and LB

Michel-Oliver
“this maybe the last wc for sneijder, van der vaart, robben, van persie”..
I disagree. Are you serious? At 28 or 29,these players shall attain the pinnacle of their careers.Their best years are yet to come brother. They SHOULD be part of the 2014 world cup squad.I don’t see Holland winning the cup in 2010 OR 2014 without them.

Inter & Real Madrid Agree Fee For Wesley Sneijder – ReportThe two clubs have reportedly agreed a fee, but the player is reluctant to leave the Spanish capital…14 Aug 2009 08:39:42

how can we convince Sneijder to leave RM? in my opinion he is the best and most important dutch player and if he doesn’t move it’s gonna be a big problem for oranje.

Is Wesley playing poker or is he just this stupid!? I know he has an ego but someone needs to talk some sense into him. All the Real Madrid Dutchies need to realize that lots of great players have gone to the wrong club before they found the right club. Bergkamp, Davids, Van der Sar to name a few. It seems like Sneijder could even become the main man at Inter. Mourinho has stated they are looking for a trequartista which would suit Sneijder perfectly. Then when Inter meets Real in the Champions League, Wes can get his revenge!
