Jong semi-finalists
Daniel de Ridder scored the winner against the Italians giving the Jong Oranje their first win and with that win a spot in the semi-finals. Their next match is against France in Braga on Thursday, the same day the Oranje take on Mexico in a pre-World Cup friendly.

Oke, im pretty sure France will win that. I know most of you have not been following the under 21’s, but France has had an unbeaten run with no goals conceded, and i must say, they play very, very well. I hope i can watch both of them, else i’ll just put the two TV’s next to eachother, and cheer for both teams at the same time

yes i know, so do I, but im just following the holland games at the moment, to see if klaas-jan would seriously make that much of a difference in the world cup in germany. But i think he is not ready to play in a world cup. There would be too much pressure on the boy. Im glad Basten left him at home. Because Klaas at the moment is not really proving that Van Basten was wrong by not taking him..

Hi all,
Don’t forget that you can watch the Mexico game live on the official KNVB website at http://www.knvb.nl/live

I just got an email from the KNVB live guys.
If you happen to be in North America you won’t be able to get the Holland – Mexico game via KNVB Live due to license restrictions.
Holland – Australia on Sunday should be available in North America..

I agree with the international press. Van Persie’s comment comes dangerously close to the attitude that has haunted the Dutch national football team since the early 70’s. Robben played his heart out and was a true example of team spirit and dedication.
Let’s hope Van Persie’s comment was poorly phrased.
Hup Holland!
