After last weekend, JC is furious…

´Shocking to see how our top 4 plays football… If you see how many points they let slip and still they are top 4… Can you imagine how bad the rest is? And then they want the new broadcaster to offer Dutch football more money?? Why? It is a disgrace. The top 4 are not doing Dutch football a big favour in this way. No way the broadcasters will pay the top price. I’ve said it before and will say it again: Dutch football is in bad shape. And not just the players, coaches and clubs are to blame, also the management. Who shows leadership in this situation? The man that insulted our Dutch police force??”

“We need to go back to basics! Our forte is our youth development. That means we need to change the rules here… We need to make agreements on the number of people we allow per club from other countries. We need a new set conditions that benefit the whole. And we need to re-assess our youth development process…”
