Injury Worries…

Something the Dutch have escaped so far have been any serious injury problems. Any concerns throughout the qualifying campaign have been resolved but now there is other news.

Maduro and van der Vaart to me are very important players to have in Germany. Maduro because he has the quality to be the backbone of the side in years to come and van der Vaart because he is a major creative source for the midfield. It would be nice to have de Jong fit order to compete for a place but I’m not banking on his inclusion.

Update: It looks like there is a chance Maduro might be out for the World Cup. Also, Nigel de Jong is definately out for the rest of the season because of knee surgery.
