Maceo Rigters signed for Newcastle United for 4 years. The top scorer of the U21 tournament will become a team member of Andre Ooijer.

Daniel de Ridder will move from Celta de Vigo to the Premiership. He signed a 3 year deal with Birmingham City.

Oops….yep I meant Blackburn… Sorry… I must say, I always confuse the two…

Hope Rigters does well. He wasn’t a regular at NAC even you know. Came from FC Dordrecht (which means that the big scouts (Sparta, Feyenoord, Heerenveen, Ajax)) weren’t interested… So we’ll see how good he really is.

De Ridder is a different story. He reminds me of Harry Kewell. In his playing style and his physical fragility. He is a very talented young man, but not consistent and maybe lacks the mentality. Anyway, he’s got Bruce as manager now, who is pretty decent with young talent, I believe…
