Seems like he was in the right place at the right time for most of them. Nothing too special, but still amazing to score so many in one match.

i’m hesitating about maduro – sure,he hasn’t shown too much in the las 2 years and was benched at ajax but i feel the potential in him. at the u21 he was good but the problem is that he played at this level – i mean let’s see for ex drenthe: he excelled there but in madrid he hasn’t played any decent game. and he’s far more talented than maduro. in the one hand this is due ti their young age but on the other hand messi is also only 20 and at the moment he’s the best player of the world.

@goose – except our defence (which is not marco’s mistake) i feel the potential in oranje to win the ec08 but marco is a mediocre coach. i don’t say that we’ll win but we won’t be outsiders.

i have 3 predictions: psv will win the ereedivisie (sorry for my spelling mistakes), oranje will be in the top 4 teams at euro08, barca will win the cl (and la ligua),bayern will win the uefa cup (and the bundesliga)

well; he hasnt played well for the last two years..think hes much too slow and too flegmatiek (sorry, dont know the english word)
actually dont remember him playing a greta U21 WC .. but that could be my mistake

Actually, I like Maduro. I think its cool that he is in the squad. He got very much potential and I think he really showed it this summer when Foppe de Haan used him perfectly. I think he is the kind of player who needs confidence from his trainer to perform well. We might have a new top player in Maduro with the right coach.

Agree with Borst (duh), tenCate has something about him wich makes him very hard to like.. whenever i see him on camara i feel almost nousios.. im glad his gone and hope never to see/hear him again

im very surprised Chelsea think he can ad to the team..there must be something i dont see!

My question: Is Maduro a basterd son of Marco?? how else could you explain the love our Bondscoach has for this slow/not in form for 2 years, boy??

My next prediction: Oranje wont win the EC08!!! hahaaha
