Get rid of those clowns: Hofland, Greene, Bahia, Vlaar, Lucius, De Cler, and Buijs. Develop Nieveld, he's a gem. Acquire one or two powerful central defenders. Luijckx is an option, although experienced ones are preferred. I'd move Gio to the left back for the stability in defense. Leroy Fer is an excellent candidate for the holding midfielder, he is getting better every week. Let the two most creative players, i.e De Guzman and El Ahmadi to control the midfield. Upfront, Wijnaldum or Bruins is a great option as support striker. Combine with Biseswar or Slory threatening from the flank. Lastly, get a classic goal scorer. Makaay and Tomasson just don't cut it anymore these days. This is the trickiest task because goalscorer supply is stretched thin. The club must willing to break the bank to get potent killer, such as Marcus Berg, Amoah or Demouge. Feyenoord is screwed this season.
