Feyenoord not ready yet!

Bert van Marwijk is still running around with his airmiles and big shopper. New names… Bert wants to see if his ol’ player Jon Dahl Tomasson – now in Spain somewhere – could be motivated to return to the club which won him his only European cup. Van Marwijk is also trying to see if Denny Landzaat is interested in a stint in Rotterdam.

But, it’s not all buying… Apart from Real Madrid another big spender has knocked on the door for Royston Drenthe. Chelsea wants the Best Player of the U21 Tournament… Drenthe has recently signed a 4-year deal with Feyenoord, so Peter Bosz obviously has some euro-symbols in his eyes… Next week we’ll learn more about this.

FC Utrecht is one of the clubs that put Co Adriaanse high on their list to succeed trainer Foeke Booy who left for Saudi Arabia. Adriaanse said no to Feyenoord some weeks ago…
