El Torro goes home…

Ex-international Johan Neeskens, nick named El Torro in his Catalunian days, signed a contract as assistant trainer coach at Barcelona, yesterday. He replaces Henk ten Cate, who replaces Blind as Ajax team manager. Neeskens, who signed for three years, could also join Hiddink in his new Russki adventure and The Nees was on some shortlist for the Australia challenge. Johan Neeskens played with the biggest of them all at Ajax, Barcelona and the New York Cosmos and was trainer coach for NEC Nijmegen. Neeskens worked as Rijkaard’s assistant before in 2000, coaching Oranje at the EC in Holland.
