Dick Advocaat champion of Russia

Dick Advocaat grabs the much coveted championship of Russia with Zenit St Petersburg and will play Champions League football next season. Advocaat’s team, with ex-international Fernando Ricksen as a sub, won the last game 1-0, leaving CSKA Moscow trailing behind 2 points.

Very impressive. This is the first time in a long time where none of the teams from Moscow wins. Advocaat is obviously, he has showed it lots of times, a better club coach than a national team coach.

Yep. first Dutch coach ever to win titles in three countries: Holland, Scotland and now Russia.
