Actually, I remember him saying most of it for the first time... Watching telly and then JC came on with some silly remark, which would actually ring very true once you thought of it. That's what that McKinsey guy thought, so he based a management-book on Cruyff's "wisdom"... I found that hilarious, but the book is actually very good.
