Boussafa for the Oranje!

I guess Marco van Basten isn’t satisfied with the strikers at his disposable at the moment. He is trying to convince Mbark Boussafa to choose the Netherlands over Morocco, his other possible country of choice. He has publicly stated that he wants to play for Morocco but that won’t stop Marco.

I don’t know what to think. We’re seeing players like Makaay, Kluivert, Castelen and van Nistelrooy omitted from the squad and Marco is running around trying to find another striker? I would hope he’d be so eager to “recruit” some goalkeeping talent, thats an area we’re thin in.

if this guy(is this the guy who plays in Belgium??)wants to play for Marocco please let him do that, only want players in Oranje who are eager to play for Holland.. and true Mike, dont think we need more strikers or attacking players..

I think the guy is a right winger? Btw.. its silly to complain about Castelen, Makaay and Kluivert not being in the squad.. Castelen is injured for two months, you want him to play limping? Kluivert played like one hour last season and Makaay havent scored in the national team since 2004, even though he has gotten the chance 10 times to proof his deadliness…
