Jol is a fine coach, but does not have the overall talent to be unusually successful. Tottenham played Man U evenly, and it took an incredible goal for T. to lose. As with the Orange, T. need another strong defender and a consistent, talented forward. I hope that the T. management let Jol complete the year, he deserves it.
